I contacted Andrew after acquiring an old terrace in an inner city suburb in Sydney.
The terrace required extensive renovation to make it safe and habitable within an acceptable budget.
Andrew was very professional in his approach to planning and executing the renovation and at the same time keeping an eye on the cost.
Upon completion, the terrace was completely transformed and we were able to rent it out within a short period of time.
